These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Resonate™ platform (“Resonate”), owned and operated by D&Co Limited (“D&Co”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using Resonate™, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Resonate™ provides automated AI-generated outputs based on user-submitted content and pre-configured brand voice frameworks.

Resonate™ does not replace human review or professional judgement.

2. Eligibility & Access

Access to Resonate™ is granted to approved users under a valid subscription agreement with D&Co.
